Spring dish with Mixed Berries, Candied Almonds, & Honey Citrus salad dressing

Ingredients

For Candied Almonds:

3 tablespoons butter, melted

3/4 cup sugar

16 ounces whole almonds (about three cups)

For Honey Citrus salad dressing:

1/4 cup fruit juice

1/4 cup honey

3 tablespoons apple acetum

1/3 cup oil

2 teaspoons flower seeds

For the salad:

Mixed inexperienceds (I used baby red and green romaine)

Fresh raspberries, washed & dried

Fresh blueberries, washed & dried

Directions
